The delivery of the purchased object will be shipped to the address provided during the conclusion of the transaction by the buyer. Please always remember to give all the information necessary for delivery (full name, address with the house number and phone number) and for the billing (name, surname tax code or VAT number, address), otherwise we reserve the right to delay the shipment until we don’t have all the correct data.
The parcel is usually delivered in 3-4 working days unless otherwise indicated in each product schedule.
WARNING: saturday, sunday and holidays are not calculated as working days), the islands ( sicily, sardinia, and minor islands) and the calabria, delivery will have a further delay of 24 hours. (we don’t delivery the way bills of the shipment) this will be provided only in case of storage of the pracel and any delays caused by: recipient absents, wrong address or any other type of delays on the part of the carrier which is not to be attributed to the seller.
Ff the parcel returns to sender for causes attributable to the recipient the burden of return and the costs will be charged to the buyer.

The company before each shipment controls every single piece, so we are not responsible for damage, loss, theft or tampering during transport.
If you do not follow these instructions it will be impossible for us to put a claim with the courier and so we’ll be impossible to send you the replacement.
